After quality confirm, glasses and mirrors pack and classify to ready for shipping.
Laminated glass is produced by combining two or more panes of glass with polyvinyl butyral (PVB) interlayer(s). When broken tends to keep splinters in place therefore minimizing the risks of injury caused by broken glass.
The heat-treating process consists of heating glass in a high-temperature furnace (1,150º F / 621º C) then rapidly cooling it by blowing air on both surfaces. This cooling process locks the surfaces of the glass in a state of compression and the core in compensating tension. The resulting glass is strengthened.
This procedure is used to give the surface of the glass a satin finish. The transparent areas are masked during sandblasting. The depth and translucency depend on the blasting pressure and the

DRILLINGThis procedure is drill glass and mirror surfaces by using different diameter of drill bits. We drill holes with manuel and cnc drilling machineries
GROOVINGGlass or mirror surface is carving according to predetermined width and 1,5-2 mm depth. In general, this procedure is applied on the surface close to the edges of the glass.
BEVELINGThe edge is cut according to a predetermined size.
Glass edging is the process of hand or machine finishing glass that has been cut to size. This treatment prepares the glass for its intended use and makes it easier to handle, to install hardware pieces, to enhance character or to customize. There are two types of glassworking: Flat edging, Round edging.
Cutting is begining process in our facilities. We have CNC machineries to cut glasses and mirrors. We can cut goods not only straight, but also figured form.
